Hi Cancan, your suggestion to add rubber between tool box and aframe? Is that for some structural reasons or jut to stop vibration or something.. Don't forget to add rubber between tool  box and A frame if using u clamps. Does anyone know if it's safe/OK to drill into draw bar to mount a storage box??
