Children participate in additional learning experiences included in the daily program, such as monthly library visits and Mini Monstars music and movement sessions. On 22nd February 1992 Noranda Child Care Centre was opened due to a high demand for community-based long day care places in the City of Bayswater. TeamKids – Bayswater South Primary provides centre-based care for up to 60 approved spaces. Great Beginnings Bayswater provides centre-based care for up to 87 approved spaces. We also work closely with external professionals and support agencies to ensure that children with additional needs and their families are included, supported, and empowered to participate fully in both home and centre life.
Our meals cater to all dietary requirements, and we have a four-week rotating menu that changes seasonally. We provide breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, and a late snack freshly made daily. Our chef caters for all children’s dietary requirement, preferences and cultural requirements. Our Government-approved Kindergarten program is delivered by qualified Early Childhood Teachers, supporting structured learning and helping children prepare for school. Our first priority is to ensure all children have the highest quality of care.
