Our kindergarten programs are tailored to meet your child’s individual learning needs across numeracy, literacy, emotional and social development, resilience, and self-regulation. Our evidence-based Rhythm and kindergartens bayswater Movement for Self-Regulation (RAMSR) program is designed to develop fundamental skills that help support children’s self-regulation, memory, and concentration. It is an innovative approach to holistic learning, development and well-being in early childhood. We value our strong partnerships with families, recognising that families are a child’s first and most important teachers.

Our team offers multilingual support with educators who speak Mandarin, Cantonese, Sinhalese, Hindi, Punjabi, French, and Gujarati. We celebrate diversity and its positive impact on our curriculum. On arrival, share information about your child’s specific needs for the day. From day one, each child is supported by a Key Educator, helping them develop a secure and trusting relationship, which supports their sense of belonging and emotional well-being. From 5 January 2026, the Australian Government is updating the Child Care Subsidy (CCS) to guarantee at least 3 days of subsidised early childhood education and care per week. This means that all CCS-eligible families will receive at least 72 hours per fortnight (3 days/week) of subsidised childcare regardless of their work, study, or volunteering status. Our curriculum, which is a balance of child led and adult intentional teaching, offers children the opportunity to participate in active learning, whilst having the support and challenge they need from Educators.

We are a 47 place long day care centre with 3 rooms ranging from 0-5 year old. I come from a family of teachers and was always surrounded by strong, positive role models in education. Although I began my academic path in business, I felt a strong calling to make a meaningful impact during the formative years of children’s lives. What I love most about this field is the opportunity to support children, guide educators, and work in partnership with families every single day. Many of our educators have been part of the Goodstart Bayswater North family for many years—some for over two decades.
