If eligible, your child will be able to participate in the Government-approved Kindergarten program, at no cost, up to a minimum of 15 hours per week, 40 weeks per year. Our Toddler spaces have been thoughtfully designed to support this vibrant stage of rapid growth, curiosity and emerging independence. On 22nd February 1992 Noranda Child Care Centre was opened due to a high demand for community-based long day care places in the City of Bayswater. The Bayswater Child Care Association Incorporated was established in 1975 after a need was identified in the City of Bayswater for community-based, Not-for-profit childcare. Both of our children are thriving at Nido Bayswater and we are so happy with the centre overall. Lovely, caring, professional staff and the rooms and outdoor spaces are very clean. The Kindergarten curriculum helps to prepare the children for the big transition to big school. The children have a strong sense of self and understand their role in the community.

We aim to provide rich, engaging, and developmentally appropriate experiences that inspire and challenge children in all the right ways.When speaking with families, I always acknowledge  that home is a child’s first teacher. At the same time, I help them understand the added benefits of a dedicated early learning environment. Our curriculum is play-based, intentionally designed, and led by trained educators who know how to observe, extend, and scaffold each child’s learning.
