I recently purchased a caged box trailer from Trailers Direct, and the whole process was very pleasant and seamless. Each team member I dealt with was very kind, helpful and patient with my questions. They were able to arrange registration there and then. We bought a 7 x 5 heavy duty tip trailer. We did check a couple of trailer businesses for prices, and Trailers Direct were the best value for money. Price included rego and was quite a few hundred dollars cheaper.
But over all very good compared to most looked at. Bruce was great – very knowledgeable and helpful from the time I met him to time of picking up my tailor made trailer. When I collected it, Bruce showed me different hooks and explained how they can be attached to the compartment Fully Enclosed Trailer to make most use of space. Lovely man, professional and polite.

Hooked up and plugged in and on the road in minutes. I went to Trailers Direct in Mooloolaba & talked to Mike there. He was very easy to talk to, no pressure saling, he let his product talk for itself, and answered any question I threw at him.I am very happy with my purchase & highly recommend Mike at Mooloolaba. Was talked through attaching trailer and other features before driving away. The trailer was the size I wanted, , it was available and didn’t have to be ordered in. It appears to be well built and came with extras which were add on’s with other brands I looked at.( eg spare wheel and jockey wheel). And importantly it was competitively priced. We bought a duel axel, caged, hot dipped galvanised, override braked, 8×5 trailer in Dec 2020 (8 months old at the time of this review).It drives straight and tows well.
It was important for us to buy Australian made, these guys make their own trailers, they are top quality and very well priced. Theiri customer service was excellent. They do sell the imports if that’s the way you want to go but please consider supporting Australian made. These guys are a MUST If your in the market to buy a trailor. Strong, practical, and perfect for versatile transport needs. Mike and the team where great to deal with, super easy and hassle free, modified the trailer to include a stone guard and tool box.
