We placed another order and a bottle arrives with a label so damaged we couldn't read it clearly . This was a collectable for us, and $160.00, so not a cheap bottle of whisky. We tried to do the right thing by asking for a return shipping label and an exchange bottle, only to receive an email and a refund for $15.00 as a "gesture of goodwill". Clearly, our hand was forced, we had no choice but to lodge a PayPal dispute. PayPal obviously decided in our favour, which was the only outcome as per Australian Consumer Law. Dry July Foundation is a not-for-profit organization that runs the annual Dry July campaign that challenges people to abstain from drinking alcohol for the month of July to support people affected by cancer. We also have the shelves and fridges stocked with some unique bottles that have some beautifully stories behind them. Our main focus is our refillable bottle program with 20 rotating wines on tap. All our wines are small batch, harvested yearly, vegan and are made from some of the most talented winemakers from our shores and across the globe.
